Sony has already shown off quite a few games which the company says will be getting compatibility to play on the company’s new PlayStation 4 Pro 4K gaming console with the latest graphics that the platform is capable of reflected in said games’ level of rendering quality. Sony put some of these games on display at demos during its recent PS 4 Pro unveiling event in New York City (an event which was live streamed by the way) and later Sony went into further detail about all the PS 4 games which will be capable of upgrading for the PS 4 Pro in the near future.

The console itself, which is expected to go on sale on November 10th for a retail price of $399, is supposed to be capable of playing select games at full native 4K resolution and 60fps frame rates while also having the ability to upscale a much larger majority of non-4K games to UHD resolution from their native 1080p levels of detail. The PS 4 Pro will also generally provide smoother gameplay for all existing 1080p games due to its more powerful internal hardware.

As for the games themselves, some which are already on the market for the regular PS 4 will offer support for the PS4 Pro through update patches while many other games released just prior to and following the release of the new console will come with graphic enhancements for the new gaming platform right out of the box.

The benefits offered by these updates will very somewhat from game to game so fans of PlayStation gaming will have to judge the performance of the console and all its compatible games for themselves. Furthermore, there are actually quite a few doubts out there about just how well the PS4 Pro will perform at full native 4K gameplay with its decidedly weak specs when they’re compared to the performance requirements of full-speed 4K gaming with a PC GPU.

In any case, here is the full list of all current and near-future PS4 Pro games in which the PlayStation 4 Pro graphics updates will be found, and the specific updates we and other sources which are tracking this information can expect for most of these games.

Addition of a new update patch which will introduce a “4K resolution mode” (not sure if it will allow native 4K or 4K upscaling) which will be ready for the game just a little while after the November 10th PS 4 Pro release.

  • The Elder Scrolls Online

Rendering and effective gameplay in native 4K resolution and better graphics fidelity in 1080p.

  • Deus Ex: Mankind Divided

Native 4K resolution and graphical improvements.

  • Fallout 4

What Bethesda has said is that the game will “take advantage of the PS4 Pro in 4K along with enhanced lighting and graphics features,”

  • NBA 2K17:

Will play and render in full native 4K resolution at 60 frames per second and will even feature HDR support. Also to offer much better anti-aliasing.

  • Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor

Super sampling and anti-aliasing on a 1080p display with the PS4 Pro, 4K upscaling as well

  •  Paragon

Game won’t include 4K support but will offer enhanced visuals, procedural ground cover, superior scene complexity, texture fidelity and more dynamic reflections while played in 1080p resolution.

  • Thumper

Native 4K display gaming, but oddly no upscaling and supposed to offer better rendering at 90fps even in PlayStation VR

  • The Witness

Possible upscaling to 4K resolution or native 1440p resolution and with a “consistent” 60fps (we’ll believe it when we see it). All text, UI elements and menu options will render in native 4K resolution. Will also play at 1080p resolution with improved anti-aliasing and consistent 60fps speed.

  • Killing Floor 2

Will play at 1800p resolution (3200×1800) on 4K TVs while also offering improved frame rates and supersampling. There will also be improved texture resolution in both 1080p and 4K resolutions.

The following games will also be getting upgrades for the PlayStation 4 Pro platform but we don’t yet have details about how each game will specifically be enhanced by the upgrades:

  • Battlefield 1
  • Call of Duty: Black Ops 3
  • Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare
  • Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered
  • Days Gone
  • Deus Ex: Mankind Divided
