The Best Budget-saving Cyber Weekend 4K TV & accessory Discounts Are on
Stephan Jukic – November 26, 2016
Black Friday itself may be over and many great electronics might have been completely snapped up by customers or seen their sales offers expire but there are still lots of excellent 4K TVs and other electronics still being sold and still fully available for those of you who wanted to think things over a bit longer.
Many of these items will stay on sale right through “Cyber Weekend” and into the end of Cyber Monday so there might not be much of a rush to buy them but we can’t promise that any given deal will last too much longer, or that stocks of certain particularly good products with especially juicy discounts won’t simply run out temporarily.
With that said, here’s a bit of an overview of what’s still being sold at some excellent prices. All of the following products are among those we generally consider to be of a high quality and worth even their regular price, let alone whatever reduced sales price they come with.
LG Electronics OLED55B6P Flat 55-Inch 4K Ultra HD Smart OLED TV (2016 Model) $1,797.00 (Amazon): This is without a doubt one of the most spectacular 4K TV deals we’ve seen so far this year. Until recently sold for a whopping $3,998 but now still on a massive discount. This LG TV offers display specs that are the equal of the best flagship OLED TVs from the same brand.
Samsung UN55KS8000 55-Inch 4K Ultra HD Smart LED TV $997.99 (Amazon): The KS8000 is as good as the flagship Samsung SUHD KS9500 and KS9800 in almost all of its specs except for the level of peak brightness it achieves, and even in this metric of performance, the different is very slight. This makes it one of the best SUHD TV deals for this year’s Cyber Weekend and Black Friday sales.
Samsung UN65KS9800 Curved 65-Inch 4K Ultra HD Smart LED TV (2016 Model) $2,997 (Amazon): This is without a doubt a rock solid deal on a top-shelf piece of 4K HDR LCD TV technology that we consider to be the second best of its kind on today’s market.
Vizio 50″ Class P50-C1 P-Series (2016) 4K Ultra HD TV with High Dynamic Range $799.99 (Best Buy): The Vizio P-Series models offer fantastic black performance, incredible color delivery (full HDR color) and virtually perfect motion handling for console gaming and all sorts of action content. This sale offer on the 50 inch P-Series will save you over $200 off its regular price.
Sony XBR43X800D 43-Inch 4K Ultra HD TV (2016 Model) $598.00 (Amazon): One of Sony’s cheapest 4K HDR TVs is also one of the best budget 4K TVs we’ve seen all year. The Sony 43 inch X800D delivers some truly exceptional value for each dollar you spend on it at this price tag and comes with full HDR color performance and some truly superb black level performance.
Sony XBR-65Z9D 4K HDR LCD TV with Full-array LED backlighting (Amazon) $4,998: After our own review of the Sony Z9D 4K TVs, we stick by our opinion that they are by far the best non-OLED 4K HDR televisions we’ve ever seen. Unbelievable peak brightness at above 1800 cd/m2, and a full-array LED back panel which can manage an unheard of 1000 local dimming zones take LCD/LED display to a whole new level in the Z9D 65 inch TV.
Sony XBR55-X700D 55 inch HDR 4K LCD TV: $698.99: The X700D is Sony’s cheapest 4K TV for 2016 but despite its low rating on the scale of Sony 4K HDR TVs for this year, this model delivers some truly rich, vibrant display performance as our own review of it can attest. At $699 for the 55 inch model, the X700D delivers exceptional value and genuine quality per dollar spent.
Samsung UN40KU6300: The 40 inch KU6300 came with an original price tag of $462.57 but it’s now selling at a fine price tag of $347.99.
Sony XBR-55X930D 4K HDR TV: One of Sony’s premium 2016 4K HDR TVs with all the trimmings of high-end Sony display technology, the X930D offers robust active 3D technology, full HDR color and some stunning peak brightness levels. $1,498, or more than $500 off its normal retail price.
Samsung KS8000 65 inch Samsung 4K Blu-ray player bundle: Retailing as a bundle package with a Samsung UBD-K8500 3D 4K Blu-ray player included for a total price of just $1,697.00. The 65 inch KS8000 alone normally costs $2,300 and the Samsung 4K Blu-ray player retails for over $200 by itself.
