Warner Bros Home Entertainment announced last month that all eight Harry Potter films will be available on 4K Blu-ray. Now the wait is over and you can get them all on pre-sale at a special price, which would make a pretty nice Holiday’s gift for any fan of the franchise.

Although the last four Harry Potter movies were already released on 4K Blu-ray earlier this year (Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 & 2), with the recent release of the remaining films in the series (Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, and Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire) now you can get the full eight films for the first time in a single box set, in the Harry Potter 8-Film 4K HDR Blu-ray Collection.

All eight Harry Potter films on 4K Blu-ray will feature DTS:X audio, which in combination with a surround sound system creates a lifelike, multi-dimensional sound experience. The Blu-rays will also support High Dynamic Range (HDR), for brighter, deeper, more lifelike colors, making the already highly-acclaimed visual effects of the once cinematic Harry Potter Universe look downright spectacular on the right kind of 4K UHD TV.

In addition to the above releases, Warner Home Video is also launching J.K. Rowling’s Wizarding World: 9-Film Collection Blu-ray, which includes all eight Harry Potter films as well as “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them”, although this set of films comes in strictly 1080p High Definition format and no HDR mastering, it’s also a lot cheaper at just $70.

You can pre-order the entire Harry Potter 4K UHD film collection in a single Blu-ray set on Amazon right now for a reduced price of $151.46, which is 15% below the list price. You can also get the 4K Blu-rays individually, but buying the complete collection is significantly cheaper if you want them all. Shipping starts on November 7th, and after that date the prices are likely to go up again. Though they might just as easily go down again for the Year end Christmas holidays.
