Get A Samsung MU6300 55 inch 4K HDR TV For Just $599 During Prime Day
Stephan Jukic – July 11, 2017
Samsung’s MU6300, which we recently reviewed, is one of the brand’s highly affordable mid-range 4K HDR TVs, with solid all-around performance and some great picture quality for any kind of UHD and non-4K content you can throw at it. It’s essentially the perfect starter or bedroom 4K TV and right now on Amazon.com, for only a few more hours, this model is selling for a never before seen discount price of $599.99, or $198 off its regular retail price of $778.
This is without a doubt one great 4K TV deal from the online retail giant and while the MU6300 doesn’t offer the sort of premium HDR color specs and extremely high peak brightness that its pricier MU9000 cousin (also on sale for $200 for for Prime Day) or Samsung’s QLED 4K TVs do, the MU6300 is not going to disappoint if you’ve never owned a 4K UHD TV before. This writer happens to own one and thoroughly loves it for everyday use.
Offering a native 60Hz display panel, some truly excellent deep black levels, superb contrast and rich, vibrant colors, the MU6300 does indeed deliver HDR video to a point. It also handles virtually all non-4K and non-HDR content sources superbly and to boot, comes with Samsung’s full and excellent Tizen smart TV platform with built-in streaming media apps for Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and so many others. We also love how well the MU6300 upscales non-4K content sources, whether they are formatted in 1080p, 720por even 480p SD resolutions.
For $599.99, you’re getting a very decent deal for this 2017 4K HDR TV. The Amazon Prime Day sale price won’t last long though and only a few hours remain to claim this model at this cost.
