Amazon, already famous for its excellent 4K UHD entertainment content offerings, has definitely done it again on delivering some of the best prices you can find for genuinely popular movies. As of recently, the company is promoting one damn awesome little deal in which you can get your hands on 3 different 4K UHD Blu-ray disc titles for a total of $50 for the bunch.

It almost goes without saying that this is one hell of a deal by any normal measure. For one thing, the normal price of any single major studio 4K HDR Blu-ray lies at around $25 or more with some specific movies normally costing as much as $39, so three of them for just $50 is one very serious discount. Secondly, we’re not talking about throw-away third rate titles here either, as you might be tempted to expect. No, Amazon is making a serious offer for some seriously good home entertainment content, with over 140 different titles falling under the terms of this offer and many of them being blockbuster major film studio movies with some serious entertainment appeal for all types of film fans and audience ages.

Thus, since a couple days ago right up to November 30th, the internet retailing giant is letting you purchase any three featured 4K UHD HDR Blu-ray movie titles from this fairly extensive collection for what amounts to a price of just $16.66 per title. This is cheaper than the cost of many HD Blu-ray disc releases and represents a major discount from normal 4K title list prices for movies such as these. Furthermore, if you’re for some reason not interested in the full 3 disc deal, many of the roughly 147 titles in question are already also individually listed for their $16.66 discount price, without an obligation to buy two more discs. Pretty 4K TV owner-friendly from Amazon.

As for the movies themselves, the full listing of all titles is available here but to name just some of these movies, we give you this little rundown:

John Wick 2, E.T The Extraterrestrial, Deadpool, Unforgiven (Best Picture Oscar winner material here), The Fifth Element, Mad Max: Fury Road, Arrival, Ghost In the Shell, The Martian, The Revenant and seriously, so many, more truly solid home entertainment titles. You should really check out the list for yourself because if you happen to own a 4K HDR TV already and have a UHD Blu-ray player to go with it in your home theater rig, this particular offering is probably the most affordable way we’ve seen so far for starting up a 4K Blu-ray disc collection quickly.
